Our state-of-the-art facility combined with our custom heart rate tracking software and Fit3D body scanner to track your fitness journey allows you to not only see your results, but store them to show everyone. JOSEPH D.G. HANNA

Joseph D.G Hanna isn’t your ordinary coach/personal trainer. Having his Bachelors of Science Recreation & Sports Management, with 7 years of experience in behavioral health and exercise physiology have enabled Joseph to help hundreds of men and women find a balance in life that is practical for long term sustainability. Getting into the fitness industry was a no brainer after seeing how little help & knowledge there was to help people make life changes while incorporating realistic food and exercise choices.

Joseph got his start in the fitness industry mopping floors and cleaning bikes at Flywheel Sports in Miami Beach, while also working inside one of Miami’s biggest healthcare systems. “That time of my life was very challenging because I had a good paying job, but needed a way to break into the industry with my schedule”.   Those experiences lead Joseph from custodian, to holding and being successful in every position that a gym could have.  Joseph has been able to have different set of lenses, and a different skillset from all of these opportunities the last 6 years. His clientele ranges from athletes to total limb replacements, and he speaks about his beliefs in not having a “niche”.  Joseph said, “I always wanted to be able to truly tackle any challenges before me, so I demanded myself to be well rounded.

JASON HOLT

Jason is a lover of all things fitness, cars and great danesio. He has committed his life to bettering athletes and those pursuing general fitness through proper movement and sustainable nutritional strategies. He has Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is on course to obtain a Master’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science with an ultimate goal of a PhD. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA and a professional drug-free bodybuilder.

TERI ESTLE
Teri is originally from Atlanta, Ga and moved to Florida in 2012. Teri is a mom of two wonderful boys and an avid runner.   Teri has been a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 20 years.  She is certified in kickboxing , cycling , weight training, and boot camp classes, as well as other formats. “I believe fitness is a lifestyle and is good not only for the body but the soul.”
