What is your name?
My name is Jodi Brown
What do you do for a living?
I’m a mom of 4 and I teach toddlers in a preschool.
What do you like about TeamFit45 that you haven’t experienced anywhere else?
I love the team support I find at team fit 45. Everyone is so encouraging and we cheer one another one through each station.
How many times a week do you attend TeamFit45 Team Sessions?
I attend the gym on average 4-5 days a week and run when I’m not at a class.
What is your favorite workout in the Burn Room?
I love to work with weights. Kettlebells are my favorite for sure.
What accomplishments are you most proud of (outside or inside of the gym)?
I am most proud of the confidence I have gained since joining this gym. I never thought I would be able to keep up in the burn room but it has shown me so much about my inner strength. I take this confidence into other areas of my life such as running and trying new adventures.
How has TeamFit45 made your life better?
TeamFit45 has made my life better by helping me to become physically and mentally stronger which helps in all areas of my life.
What advice do you have for someone looking to try TeamFit45?
I want to tell anyone looking to try TeamFit45 to do it, it will change your life too! It took me two sessions to feel comfortable but once I did I was hooked on the high of feeling great and healthy.
What is one goal you would like to accomplish in the next year?
My one goal for next year is to begin training for a marathon. The burn room is the best cross training for me as a runner. My entire body is stronger than it has ever been and I will continue to push myself to the limit this year.
